We are looking for a community-focused Content Growth Specialist based in LATAM to develop and execute growth strategies for small and medium content suppliers. As a Content Growth Specialist, Community, LATAM you’ll be cultivating relationships with content creators to support Pinterest’s growth and content objectives in LATAM. You’ll be a voice for content creators and drive initiatives that meet their goals as well as Pinterest’s growth in the region.
What you'll do:
Engage with content suppliers in LATAM and empower them to create high quality content on Pinterest Manage an online community hub in the Pinterest Create Community platform, including sub-community segments (vertical-based, lifecycle based, evergreen) Educate creators on the Pinterest product and drive feature adoption Drive interactive digital events to educate and engage suppliers, including webinars Drive community incentive programs, including Ambassador and gamified incentive programs in alignment with global strategy Analyze key success metrics and translate your findings into actionable learnings and recommendations to drive incremental growth
What we're looking for:
3-5+ years of work experience in a creator/influencer management or marketing role, in social media strategies or digital advertising Excellent written and presentation skills; ability to represent Pinterest to a large external facing audience Deep knowledge of content supplier space in LATAM Foundational analytical skills (ability to analyze large datasets in google sheets) Growth strategy: ability to segment community and customize programs to meet the needs of each distinct audience, ability to execute on a holistic strategy and understand how various community elements come together Track record in meeting ambitious, metrics-based goals A team player, able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with technical and non-technical teams Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish

In-Office Requirement Statement:
We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in Brazil. Note: ideally the candidate should be located a commutable distance from the following office: Sao Paulo, Brazil
