**524752BR** **Title:** Content Manager **What you'll do...** **:** You will lead our DIY organization's content and Digital Asset Management (DAM) initiatives, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that align with our business objectives. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust content governance model that will set the standards in DIY leading a content writer, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving data-informed decision-making to optimize our content performance. You will need to be familiar and comfortable with using GenAI for your work **Day to day you’ll…** + Develop and implement a comprehensive content and DAM strategy that supports our business goals for our DIY product experience and our GenAI features. + Establish and maintain a content governance model, including policies, procedures, and guidelines for content creation, taxonomy/tagging, approval, and distribution. + Lead and mentor a content writer. + Conduct regular content audits and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy refinement and optimization. Ensure content is written in the appropriate brand voice. + Manage our instance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a SME, make appropriate technical decisions, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency. + Play a vital role in the management of content/assets and orchestration of delivery across the DIY landscape. All qualified applicants are welcomed and encouraged to apply. **Employee Type:** Regular **What you'll bring to the team...** **:** **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience. + 8 years minimum related work experience + 5+ years of experience in content strategy, with at least 2 years in a management role. + Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies and governance models. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of content professionals. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality. + Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and information architecture tools – AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) experience needed. + AEM Assets Developer Professional, AEM Business Practitioner, and/or other Adobe Certifications preferred. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. + Familiarity with brand storytelling and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across various platforms. + Adaptability and willingness to stay current with evolving content trends and technologies. + Demonstrated ability to own multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. + Familiarity with GenAI and prompt engineering. **Posting Title:** Content Manager **Job Family:** People Leaders **WOTC Eligibility Check:** Yes
