Job Description
You’ll work closely with the DCS commercial team to build a portfolio of material that effectively positions our emerging portfolio of services and solutions. In order to support increasing numbers of customer engagements and our targeted sales growth, they will have a strong focus on tailoring this material to support specific customer engagements.
You’ll be responsible for creating, managing and updating customer-facing content for Digital Customer Solutions across a range of channels and formats, including web, video, creative imagery and PowerPoint, with a focus on strong story-telling and compelling creative output.
Major/Key Accountabilities
Development of content portfolio to position the Digital Customer Solutions brand and its emerging portfolio of services externally, setting and maintaining a high standard of qualityOwnership of key content channels including the Digital Customer Solutions web page and customer-facing slide content libraries.Foster and strengthen the brand voice, contributing to the success of Brambles’ Brand Strengthening Programme.Contribute towards planning, prioritisation and refinement of marketing plans and campaigns.Contribute towards advancements in messaging for targeted stakeholder groups including priority customer profiles.Proactive engagement of commercial and regional stakeholders, particularly those with commercial, sales, brand, account management and marketing responsibilities.Work with knowledge manager to ensure right governance and adoption of new content.Experience
Sales enablement content creation for B2B audiences is essentialStrong portfolio of compelling creative work in formats including PowerPoint slide decks and video Experience in relevant sectors e.g. supply chain, logistics and technology viewed favorably.Sophisticated content creation skills in a range of formats, including PowerPoint, video editing, image design, copy-writing.Experience of managing modern web content through CMS (Drupal preferred).Fluency in English (essential).
