About the role:
As the Content Marketing Manager, Website, at HoneyBook, you’ll own the strategic direction of the HoneyBook marketing site to increase awareness and conversion at the top of the funnel. You’ll lead our website redesign, roadmap, brand positioning, optimization, and testing to align the site with our broader company objectives and business goals.
In this critical role, you’ll work cross-functionally with creative, SEO, engineering, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to balance different initiatives and ensure that honeybook.com is driving growth while strengthening our position as a leader in the market.
Your success will be measured by your ability to influence top-of-funnel traffic and acquisition from the website while strengthening the HoneyBook brand.
This role is hybrid to our SF office, 2-3 days per week (current expectation is Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office).
Here are a few of the things you will do:
Lead website redesign: Lead the complete website redesign process, including updating the user interface, improving user experience, and ensuring the site aligns with our brand guidelines, content strategy and business goals. Select and manage an external agency as well as partner with engineering. Lead holistic web strategy: Establish a forward-looking roadmap for the website that aligns with company objectives and drives revenue growth. Ensure brand consistency: Act as the brand advocate for the site, ensuring that all assets and content provide a consistent story about the HoneyBook brand. Project manage and prioritize site updates: Maintain an organized plan for site updates and execution with the ability to re-prioritize and pivot as needed. Oversee optimization and testing: Develop our A/B testing guidelines and work with developers to plan our testing strategy in alignment with the website roadmap. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives: Accept new requests from cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute for GTM initiatives, marketing campaigns, SEO, and more. Maintain close partnership with site stakeholders: Coordinate with Creative, SEO, Dev, and Marketing Leads to drive new initiatives forward and communicate progress. Analyze and measure performance: Develop a reporting cadence to share company-wide site updates and leverage data to make strategic decisions.Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

5+ years of content and site management experience for SMB companies Solid understanding of content marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization Proficiency with testing and analytics tools like Optibase, Statsig, Mixpanel, and Looker as well as CMS tools like Webflow Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience writing and editing strategic copyThe good stuff:
