TransPerfect seeks a Content Marketing Specialist to join the Special Projects team in New York. Special
Projects an executive team built to handle rapid growth and help implement organizational strategy. Our team

What You Will Be Doing:
•Act as a key content writer for vertical-specific sales collateral, blog and white paper content, promotional copy, infographics, decks, press releases, etc.
•Stay up-to-date with hot topics to generate new ideas for thought leadership content
•Contribute to digital and traditional marketing strategy and planning discussions
•Maintain and execute the content calendar and provide copy writing support for all marketing communications
•Collaborate with stakeholders to produce and execute content (print and digital)
•Work with design and web teams to create sales collateral, blog and white paper content, promotional copy, infographics, decks, press releases, video creation, social media content, etc.
•Provide content and maintain social channels (such as LinkedIn) and recommend strategies for engagement
•Assist in email marketing campaigns and quarterly newsletter creation
•Optimize new and existing content according to SEO best practices
•Assist in planning and execution of internal and external events as required.
•Ensure governance of content calendar
•Handle creation of client engagement assets like presentation slides and RFPs
•Assist in coordination, planning, and running of internal and external events (tradeshows, webinars, summits, etc.)
•Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other means of creating design, such as Canvas, etc.
•Identify, update, and maintain content library
•Conduct stakeholder interviews to synthesize and produce client spotlights and testimonials
•Manage event and tradeshow strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, maintain pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance and value (ROI)
•Review archival technical and training content in order to optimize content organization and presentation.
Who We Are Looking For:
Your experience includes:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Comfortable with technical writing and concepts
• Excellent writing and communication skills are a must
• Expertise in MS Office programs (PowerPoint formatting)
• Experience communicating with all levels of leadership
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and creative teams (web, design, etc.)
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, able to cross-collaborate in order to facilitate successful marketing events and tradeshows
• Published business content (PR, articles, blogs, etc.) is a plus
• 1-3 years of B2B marketing/communications experience is a plus
Salary:
•50k-55k
