We are seeking a dynamic and organized Content Marketing Specialist to help take Achievers' content to the next level.   As a key player of the Content and Communications team, you’ll be responsible for creating and communicating B2B content to help tell our Achievers story. You’ll also manage the everyday of our Engage Blog, our flagship program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, writing, and creating multiple projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including blog posts, eBooks, emails, sales support assets, and more. With an ever-changing environment, you’ll partner with various stakeholders to carry out campaigns and measure success. Responsibilities:Lead B2B content marketing campaigns aligned to content marketing strategyManage the Engage Blog and work closely with the SEO strategist for optimizationNavigate ambiguity and work closely with stakeholders to fully understand the HR and employee engagement space, as well as the company messagingManage projects using Agile methodology, including creation, sprint planning, timelines, and resourcing for both external and internal teamsUnderstand and drive the use of firm-approved AI tools for content developmentWrite marketing and communication content and produce materialTrack, monitor, and evaluate marketing activitiesBecome familiar with and fully understand all Achievers content to leverage in content writing and creationDeliver a consistent voice, tone, and style of writing with every piece of contentInteract with internal teams directly, forming successful partnerships across multiple areas of the company, including Marketing, Design, Product, and SalesQualifications: Minimum 5-7 years experience in marketing campaign development and managementExperience with SEO and applying SEO best practices in writingBachelor’s Degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related fieldStrong time and project management skillsAdvanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentAttention to detail with the ability to create messaging and tailor to different audiencesBe able to adapt in a fast-paced and complex environmentQuick learner who is eager to learn more about the HR industry, employee engagement space, and AchieversWhy you’ll love working at Achievers: We are passionate about disruptive technology that’s rooted in science, research and data.We understand the value of employee success in the workplace and have been in numerous publications for our contributions to HR, for technical excellence, and for our outstanding workplace culture!
