What You Will Do:Hulu’s Content Partnerships team is seeking a Summer 2025 MBA Intern who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As an Intern in the Content Partnerships team, you will be an integral part of the group responsible for growing Hulu’s live linear service (Hulu + Live TV) and managing premiums and add-on services. During this internship, you will work with the Content Partnerships team to develop a project relevant to the Hulu + Live TV and add-ons business and assist with strategy and analysis to help tackle important strategic challenges of the content business today.You will also have the opportunity to:Assist the Content Partnerships Team with negotiation strategy and review of Hulu + Live TV’s content distribution agreements and management of network partner relationshipsDevelop research to support competitive intelligence and develop industry expertise; partner with internal teams to drive initiatives forward to executionPerform analytics on a variety of content areas to analyze the metrics and behaviors behind content consumptionComplete projects that drive efforts of the Content Partnerships team and Hulu’s live TV and add-ons strategy

Required Qualifications and Skills:Passion for entertainment, TV and technology with a deep knowledge of the digital media industryAbility to prioritize and balance multiple projects concurrently, identify issues, quickly devise feasible solutions, and synthesize relevant information to internal stakeholdersExcellent communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for business, marketing and technical audiencesStrong analytical and strategic skills, and excels in preparing presentations, memos and other written material

Education:Currently pursuing a MBA degree

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants:  You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.  Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorization
