Content Specialist: Level 2
Our client, a leading educational content provider, is seeking a Content Specialist: Level II to join their team. As a Content Specialist, you will be part of the Content Licensing team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an inquisitive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Content Specialist: Level II **Location: Remote** **Pay Range: $24.38 per hour** **What's the Job?** + Direct and oversee research and licensing of third-party assets for McGraw Hill products. + Collaborate with authors, editors, and project managers to ensure project execution on time and within budget. + Assess risk for all deliverables and problem-solve as necessary. + Communicate and negotiate licensing terms and rates with copyright holders. + Build alliances with freelance researchers and digital asset resources to ensure quality and timeliness. **What's Needed?** + 2-5 years of relevant experience in content licensing or related fields. + Experience with reverse research and copyright or law permissions. + Proficiency in Smartsheet or Excel. + Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a fully remote environment. + Engage in meaningful projects that impact educational content. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. + Enhance your skills in rights management and content licensing. + Contribute to a company that values innovation and quality.
