Who are we looking for?We’re looking for a talented and motivated content writer passionate about producing high-quality content that drives organic traffic and engages our target audience. You are crucial in crafting compelling content that aligns with our global brand and demand campaigns. Your responsibilities include researching market trends, understanding audience needs, and creating content that resonates with our business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage content calendars, and ensure our messaging is consistent and impactful across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Content Planning and Creation: Develop clear and concise content briefs to guide content specialists in creating content tailored to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).Produce high-quality digital and physical content that reflects our brand identity and supports demand generation efforts.Contribute to developing a cohesive content strategy focused on brand building, demand generation, and customer advocacy.Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure timely and efficient content planning and execution.Audience Messaging and Brand Voice:Coordinate with Product Marketing teams to align content strategy with market updates and customer personas.Define key messages and maintain a consistent brand voice in external communications.Create engaging and actionable content that captivates our target audience and drives engagement and conversions.Track Content Effectiveness:Define relevant KPIs, measure content performance, and provide actionable insights through reporting.Assess the effectiveness of existing content and identify opportunities to optimize distribution channels for maximum impact.Market Landscape: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine our content strategy continuously.
Necessary Skills and Experience:Bachelor'sdegree in communications, English, journalism, or related field.2-3 years of experience in content writing or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.A passion for storytelling and creating content that resonates with audiences.Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging content across different platforms.Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), using AI to support work, and using digital marketing tools are a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
