This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work virtually and from the office. What the day will look like Writing content for various media, with an emphasis on long-form – but punchy – thought leadership (including social, email, video, podcast) Interviewing subject matter experts to create thought-provoking insights Helping – and often being integral to – the ideation process for pieces Tracking the progress, metrics and opportunities of insights developed Helping to drive forward an ambitious content agenda How this opportunity is different This is an international role, working with subject matter experts from right across our business. We are also an international, but close-knit team, based from Singapore in the East to Denver in the West and various points in between. This is a highly collaborative role, in which you will need strong writing and interpersonal skills to develop compelling content for the business. Skills and experience that will lead to success Stand-out writing skills. Ability to engage with subject matter experts and distil down often complex subject matter into insights that can create cut-through. Desire to own and drive forward content projects. Keen to consider – and experience working across – multiple media, including social, video, podcasts, and infographics. Confident using CMS’ and project management tools such as Monday.com. Highly collaborative, as the content team is set up to drive forward success as a team. Keen to tackle issues with a global perspective – an approach that we are looking to bake into all our insights. Always considering new themes and ways of working as we drive forward our content strategy.
