What We Need:
As a Content Specialist , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our content strategy, creating impactful B2B content, and fostering engagement across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with our SEO Manager and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop content that resonates with our ideal customer profiles, supports our traffic and lead generation goals, and positions our brands as thought leaders. What You'll Be Doing:
+ Content Sourcing: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) inside and outside the organization to identify and source unique content ideas.
+ Content Planning: Define and manage content calendars that address customer needs at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
+ Customer Stories: Develop compelling end-user case studies that showcase the impact of our solutions.
+ Customer-Focused Content: Create tailored content for our ideal customer profiles, positioning us as trusted thought leaders in the industry.
+ Lead Generation: Leverage content to drive lead generation by creating assets that align with key marketing campaigns.
+ SEO Optimization: Use organic search data to uncover opportunities for creating high-performing articles that boost SEO traffic.
+ Influencer Collaboration: Identify and partner with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and authority.
+ Leverage Emerging Technologies: Create process, research and content development efficiencies by mindfully utilizing AI LLMs, like Gemini or ChatGPT.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
+ 2–5 years of experience in content creation, content marketing or a related field.
+ Experience in B2B marketing is highly preferred.
+ Writing and editing skills, portfolio showcasing diverse content types preferred.
+ Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience working with influencers or managing online communities.
+ Familiarity with marketing tools like Google or Adobe Analytics, Ahrefs or HubSpot.
+ A track record of delivering leads from content.
+ Has leveraged AI to improve content planning and development process.
+ Familiarity with optimizing YouTube videos for greater reach.
