POSITION SUMMARY
Marmon Utility is looking for a talented Content Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in balancing creative execution with project management, combining hands-on asset development with strategic coordination of external agency resources. You will ensure brand
consistency across all creative initiatives for Marmon Utility, Hendrix, and Kerite, maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines across diverse marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multimedia design, advertising specifications, photography, video production, and post-production editing. A passion for exploring and integrating AI-driven innovations into the creative process is highly valued. This role requires exceptional project management skills, the ability to juggle multiple creative assignments, and the agility to prioritize deliverables in alignment with the Senior Marketing Manager’s direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Asset Development:
o Design and produce a wide range of digital and print marketing materials, including catalogs, graphics, photography, and videos, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
o Ensure all creative assets meet media platform specifications, including aspect ratios, file sizes, resolutions, and color formats, to optimize performance across digital and print channels.
Standardize Brand Guidelines
o Assist in developing creative briefs, including schedules, proof points, and creative direction to maintain clarity and consistency.
o Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across Marmon Utility, Hendrix, and Kerite brands.
o Oversee internally and externally generated creative assets to ensure full compliance with brand standards.
Creative Agency and Resource Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage external creative agencies, ensuring projects align with brand objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
o Develop and oversee creative briefs for agency-led projects, providing clear direction and expectations.
Photography & Video Production
o Capture high-quality product imagery in both studio and environmental settings for use across various marketing platforms.
o Edit and produce engaging video content to support marketing campaigns and product promotions.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Media Management, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in graphic design or production role (internship experience considered).
· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, ProPremium and Canva
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excitement to learn and integrate new tools and processes.
· Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
· A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining project schedules and brands’ identities.
