Job Description AbbVie is seeking, in the Business Excellence & ACE transformation function, reporting to the CRM & Orchestration Manager, a detail-oriented and proactive Content Specialist (fixed-term contract 12 months) to manage and optimize our content processes and strategy supported by the usage of a Content Authoring Tool and agencies. The ideal candidate will establish best practices for the platform, define guidelines for creating CLM (Visual Aid), Approved Email and Mass eMailing, and provide user support and training + Platform Management: Oversee the effective use of the eWizard platform, ensuring it meets business needs and adheres to company standards. + Best Practices and Guidelines: Develop and document best practices for platform usage and guidelines for creating high-quality content. + Content Development: Collaborate with teams to create or modify content on Content Authoring Tool as needed. + User Support and Training: Offer consistent support to users, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Conduct training sessions to educate and empower users on the platform’s functionalities. + Stakeholder Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with 3rd party vendor, the solution provider, and liaise with global AbbVie contacts to ensure platform alignment with corporate strategy. + Platform Evolution: Stay informed about updates and advancements in the Content Authoring Tool. Communicate these changes to users and integrate them into training and practice guidelines. + Analytics: Use data and visualization to give insights to internal stakeholders. Qualifications + Experience with content management systems, preferably in a multinational corporate environment. + Strong understanding of digital marketing practices. + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with 3rd vendor and AbbVie's global contacts. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with the eWizard platform or similar content authoring tools. + Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. + Proven experience in Content and digital strategy.
