As part of Content Strategy & Analysis, you will join the team responsible for developing and implementing content strategy across WBD’s global streaming portfolio, evaluating content performance and trends, and providing insights and recommendations to leadership to influence decision-making.
You will play a key role in supporting relationships across teams and delivering high-quality work in one of Warner Bros. Discovery's highest-priority business initiatives.
**Some examples of what you might do include:**
• Help develop frameworks and analyses for assessing key strategic questions facing the business, including such areas as:
- Evaluating how much and what type of content to invest in
- Identifying content performance indicators and trends
- Assessing title and portfolio level performance
• Help develop and implement benchmarking systems and processes to support analyses and recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Data & Analytics, Finance, Research, and Business Intelligence, to build the tools and processes necessary to drive strategy and analysis initiatives
• Support Content and other Streaming teams in understanding current performance on the platform, connecting content insights to business opportunity
• Provide support for senior management, including strategy reviews, board presentations, and other leadership meetings or ad-hoc projects as required.
**Qualifications:**
• You are in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field,
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with exceptional attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Excel,
• Ability to synthesize analysis outputs, identify key insights, develop hypotheses, and suggest logical next steps,
• Curious and results-driven, with a commitment to the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics,
• Passionate about entertainment, content-savvy, and an avid viewer who stays current with industry trends and focuses on enhancing consumer value,
• A collaborative team player who can constructively contribute to discussions and support analysis-driven recommendations,
• Effective communicator, comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders,
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks and deadlines independently
• Fluent in both English and Polish.
Nice to have:
• Experience in building executive-level materials, with a keen eye for presentation design and the ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, easy-to-understand presentation,
• Prior internships or project experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy - particularly in the media and entertainment or direct-to-consumer space.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
