Your Impact
Reporting to the Executive Director, Content Strategy & Growth, the Content Strategy Manager helps lead, shape, and execute audience acquisition efforts and experimentation for two key brands in the Hearst Magazines Lifestyle Group, The Pioneer Woman and Prevention. This position collaborates closely with editorial leaders to craft publishing plans and devise experiments to improve audience engagement.
While guiding the SEO strategy is a primary focus, this role also advises on efforts across affiliate commerce, memberships, newsletters, video, and more to grow and better engage our digital audiences. We are looking for a data-driven decision maker, who is deeply curious about consumer behaviors on and off platform and eager to help us uncover what’s next for digital media.
