Content Strategy Manager

This Is What You’ll Do:

Content Development for Leadership: Collaborate with the Analytics team to create and curate content specifically tailored for Divisional Directors (DDs) and Regional Directors (RDs), ensuring alignment with operational goals and strategic initiatives.  Develop concise data-driven presentations and reports that provide valuable insights for executive decision-making.  Presentation & Visual Design: Design and prepare high-quality presentations, infographics, and other visual materials for meetings, conferences, and other key events.  Ensures that all content is visually engaging, easy to understand, and effectively communicates the intended message to the target audience.  Training Material Development: Work closely with the operations team to create training materials, guides, and manuals that enhance the knowledge and skills of staff across the organization.  Ensure that training content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligns with the company’s operational procedures and quality standards.  Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with various departments, including HR, Quality Assurance, and Compliance, to gather information and ensure that content reflects the latest industry regulations and company policies.  Engage with subject matter experts to validate the accuracy and relevance of content, ensuring it meets the needs of the intended audience.  Content Distribution & Management: Manage the distribution of content across various platforms, ensuring that it reaches the intended audience effectively.  Maintain a content repository, ensuring that all materials are organized, easily accessible, and regularly updated.  Support for Marketing & Communications: Assist the marketing and communications teams by providing content that supports broader company campaigns, initiatives, and external communications.  Ensure that all content produced for operations is consistent with the company’s overall branding and messaging guidelines. 

This Is What It Takes:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.  Experience: 5+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or a similar role within a corporate environment.  Experience in developing training materials and executive presentations is highly desirable.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).  Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.  Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital tools for content creation and distribution.  Leadership and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Operations, HR, and Compliance.  Ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.  Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.  Advanced problem-solving abilities, particularly in translating strategic goals into actionable content.  Innovation and Adaptability: Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative content solutions that engage and inform the target audience.  Ability to adapt content to meet changing needs and priorities within the operations department.
