**Description:**
Contents Cleaners will be working in their mitigation department. This is a long-term opportunity. Individuals in this role would go to a variety of properties to inspect, document, report, and estimate damage done via water or fire. Once they inspect the site, they document their findings and report back to the lead. The candidate would be an assistant and report directly to the lead.
Candidates will clean damaged property and items, then document and pack them in boxes.
**Core Responsibilities:**
• Support the restoration division with cleaning and restoration of property and structures damaged by water, fire, and smoke
• Provide customer service, content cleaning labor, packing of customer contents, site cleanup, and completion of detailed job records
• Completion of content tasks based on work orders
• Develop knowledge of cleaning equipment
• Understand cleaning upholstery, carpeting, and odor removal
**Skills & Qualifications**
• Must-Have:
0- 6+ janitorial, cleaning, or general labor experience
• 6+ of customer service experience or a similar role
• Clearly demonstrate effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Have a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Demonstrate the ability to complete work orders and meet deadlines
• clean driving record upon getting hired on
**Worksite Location:**
• Plymouth, Minnesota

**Work Environment/ Schedule:**
• Monday - Friday | 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Usually, the candidate will work with one other person (lead), but if it\'s a bigger job, they could be in a team. Need to be a self-starter and go-getter
• They would report at the shop in Plymouth in the morning, then get in a company vehicle (will not be driving) then head out to the job site
• Will get 40 hours/week and OT is available.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00

**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Plymouth,MN.
