**Job Title: Contents Cleaner** **Job Description** Contents Cleaners will work in the mitigation department in a long-term opportunity. The individual in this role will visit various properties to inspect, document, report, and estimate damage caused by water or fire. After inspecting the site, they will document their findings and report back to the lead. The candidate will assist the lead directly, clean damaged property and items, and document and pack them in boxes. **Responsibilities** + Support restoration division with cleaning and restoration of property and structures damaged by water, fire, and smoke. + Provide customer service, content cleaning labor, packing of customer contents, site cleanup, and completion of detailed job records. + Log and clean client contents. + Perform fire cleaning. + Conduct post-construction cleaning. + Assist with loading the van and ensure all equipment and products needed for the job are present. + Maintain a positive customer service attitude. **Essential Skills** + 0-6+ months of janitorial, cleaning, or general labor experience. + 6+ months of customer service experience or similar role. + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. + Consistent attendance and punctuality. + Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. + Ability to complete work orders and meet deadlines. + Clean driving record upon getting hired. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inspection, document control, construction, and remediation. **Why Work Here?** You will receive training to become a lead with a company vehicle once hired. It is essential to be ready to start at 7:00 am. The candidate will usually work with one other person (the lead), but may work in a team for larger jobs. The role requires a self-starter attitude and a go-getter mentality. You will report to the shop in Plymouth in the morning, then travel to the job site in a company vehicle (you will not be driving). This position guarantees 40 hours per week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
