Pay Rate: $31.95 - $50.00 per hour (DOE)

As a Systems Process Engineer, you will directly contribute to the success of system builds, testing, and operational improvements that power world-class distribution networks. Your work will help shape the future of warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS), and cutting-edge automation solutions.
 
What You'll Do Test and Validate Systems: Conduct thorough testing of user requirements and scenarios to ensure systems meet operational needs, from WMS and OMS to complex integrations with external systems. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with IT teams, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth system performance. Identify and communicate system gaps, recommend improvements, and drive resolutions. Provide System Support: Support the Softeon system and other software solutions, troubleshooting issues and suggesting enhancements to improve daily operations. Document Findings and Status: Maintain clear and detailed documentation on testing progress, issues, and improvements. Keep all stakeholders informed on testing outcomes and system performance. Deliver Training and Demos: Conduct training sessions for teams to ensure a complete understanding of the system and its functionality. Engage with Automation Teams: Collaborate with automation teams to understand system integration with WMS, OMS, SAP, and other client systems. Ensure that automation solutions work seamlessly with operational workflows. Travel: Travel requirements may fluctuate based on client needs.  
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications: Strong understanding of WMS, OMS, and other warehouse operations systems. Experience in system testing, user requirements validation, and process improvement. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic environments. Ability to document processes, findings, and project statuses clearly. Familiarity with business analysis and engineering principles in operational contexts. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Understanding of system integration with SAP, internal, and external client systems is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automation systems in a distribution or warehouse environment. Prior exposure to quality systems, transportation systems, or complex software integrations. Experience working in large-scale system implementations or continuous process improvement.

Pay Details: $31.95 to $50.00 per hour
