Position Overview 

The Contingent Workforce Program Manager at Paylocity will play a key role in improving and executing contingent workforce strategies aligned with Paylocity business objectives. This role involves supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager and working with internal stakeholders to develop decision criteria for contingent labor versus full-time employment, as well as managing the performance and cost efficiency of Paylocity’s third-party staffing suppliers. This individual will support internal and external contingent labor hiring throughout NORAM, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. 


Primary Responsibilities  

Contribute to day-to-day program management and compliance within the Contingent Workforce Management program, partnering closely with Legal, Procurement, IT, Finance, HR, and other relevant stakeholders. Partner with staffing agencies and professional services vendors to ensure successful fulfillment of contingent worker requisitions, while tracking supplier performance and turnaround times. Consult with Hiring Managers to assess workforce needs, address contingent talent gaps, and deliver strategic insights for optimizing contingent workforce planning. Support Employer of Record (EOR) partnerships to ensure compliant onboarding of international workers, coordinating with internal stakeholders to address any issues and support workforce management across global regions. Create and deliver presentations to Paylocity Leadership Teams, highlighting key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic updates. Manages the end-to-end SOW process for contingent workforce engagements, including coordinating with vendors, reviewing and obtaining approvals. Tracking contingent worker performance to optimize project outcomes and maintain budget alignment. Update reports and provide regular updates on key contingent workforce metrics to make informed decisions and ensure data accuracy. Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure fulfillment of internal temporary worker requisitions using direct sourcing methods, optimizing internal talent pipelines.  Research and recommend direct sourcing tools and technologies, optimizing candidate sourcing, engagement, and overall program efficiency. Partner with TA Leadership to support and foster cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders, staffing suppliers, and Procurement professionals. Review onboarding processes and workflows, recommending improvements to TA leadership to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience and increase data collection efficiency. Partner with Legal and HR to ensure accurate worker classification of independent contractors/1099 employees, consultants, and temporary workers to maintain compliance and mitigate risk. 

Education and Experience 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 3-5+ years of global Contingent Workforce Management experience required Experience partnering with domestic and international third-party vendors is highly preferred  Experience working for a high-growth SaaS organization Experience working with any Vendor Management System (VMS) or Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly preferred Strong program management skills Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) certification preferred Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and internal partners

The pay range for this position is $62,800- $110,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here .
