Contingent Workforce Program Specialist
**Contingent Workforce Program Specialist** The Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Specialist assists in the management of the overall operations and delivery for the contingent workforce program, including tasks such as requisition processing, supplier facing, performance monitoring, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with client policies and regulations, essentially acting as a primary point of contact for the client regarding their temporary staffing needs. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** + Supports daily operations and support of hiring managers and suppliers in all stages of requisition process to ensure successful fulfillment of contingent workforce requirements. + For assigned job categories/skill sets, consults and assists hiring managers in the approach and identification of quality resources in a timely manner while managing cost control and compliance to program processes. + Builds and maintains strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs, proactively addressing concerns. + Builds and optimizes external supplier relationships to drive supplier performance and ensure adherence to program processes and contractual obligations. + Processes all staffing requests from hiring managers, including job descriptions, skill requirements, and timelines. + Assists the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates from supplier network, and coordinating interviews using a VMS tool. + Assists the onboarding process for new temporary workers and the offboarding process for departing employees. + Ensures compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and policies regarding contingent workforce management. + Collaborates with internal stakeholders. **Educational Requirements** + University (Degree) Preferred **Work Experience** + 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred **Physical Requirements** + Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work **Career Level** 6IC **Preferred Qualifications:** + Vendor management system experience (i.e. SAP, Fieldglass, etc.) + Strong understanding of contingent workforce management principles and best practices + Proven experience in supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement + Proven experience with Windows applications and MS Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint and advance Excel skills + Excellent communication skills Posting end date: 3/10/2025 **Job Seeker Notice** EverBank, N.A.
