Job Description
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst coordinates the planning and implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in direct support of the Manufacturing Engineering efficiency program. The role involves working with internal customers to identify information opportunities and practical solutions using systems technology. This role will define, scope, and develop or lead data reconciliation to meet project needs within the ERP systems. The analyst will also provide project support and facilitate across-system communications to extend functionalities to all business departments.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the planning and implementation of the ERP system in support of Manufacturing Engineering efficiency programs.Work with internal customers to identify information opportunities and practical solutions using systems technology.Define, scope, and develop or lead data reconciliation to complete project needs within the ERP systems.Provide project support for upcoming initiatives and ensure effective communication across systems to extend functionalities to all business departments.Design and develop solutions directly supporting CI projects within the facility.Consult with stakeholders to define required changes and align system functionality with business needs.Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to perform tasks.Collaborate with a diverse variety of people to achieve project goals.Essential SkillsERP system knowledge (IFS preferred, others accepted)Power BI knowledgeExperience in continuous improvement and supporting engineering projectsProficiency with Microsoft SQLLean manufacturing knowledgeAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to design and develop solutions directly supporting CI projects in the facilityAbility to consult with stakeholders to align system functionality with business needsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with a diverse variety of peopleWorkflow automation solutions and dashboard reporting development skills are preferredWork Environment
The role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 3-4 days a week on-site to interface directly with the project teams. Some work can be done from home depending on the workload. This is a high-visibility project endorsed by executives, aimed at increasing facility throughput. Successful performance may lead to more project opportunities in 2025. The position is within an emerging sector supporting critical infrastructure via microgrid solutions, offering a great opportunity to work within an emerging industry.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $45.00/hr.
