The NA SSC Continuous Improvement Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the North America Finance SSC business processes and driving continuous improvement across the NA SSC organization. Using your continuous improvement and analytical skills, you will understand and identify and create solutions for improvement that directly enhance the operational performance of the North America Shared Service Department. Your work will directly impact the success of our organization by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Utilize data analytics and related tools, observations, and core CI methodologies to understand and identify and create solutions for improvement that directly enhance the operational performance of the North America Shared Service Department. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions, working with cross functional teams including other onshore, shared service departments, function experts form the business we serve and offshore partner. Participate in formal proposals for continuous improvement projects to various levels of management to secure approval of the projects as well as project updates including project completions status, risks and mediation plans Establish clear and well-articulated implementation plans, highlighting objectives, outcome indicators and performance measure indicators. Identify available resources (for example, people, material, and finances) and secure employee commitment (ex: process managers) for proactive change management. Collaborate with leadership & cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Oversee and measure implemented solutions post implementation including continued sustainability.
