Job Overview TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports. Responsibilities
KPI: Achieve 30% contribution to TEBIT cost-saving goals.
KPI: Contribute 20% to cost-saving initiatives.
KPI: Achieve 20% training closure rate.
KPI: Contribute 20% to standardization goals.
KPI: Achieve 20% closure rate for digital factory initiatives. What your background should look like: Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field. Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus. Experience: 3–5 years in Lean, Kaizen, or operational excellence roles in manufacturing. Skills: Expertise in TEOA, Kaizen, and digital factory tools. Strong project management and facilitation skills. Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery. Competencies Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes. TEBIT Projects
Plan and execute TEBIT (Total Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) projects, including digital value creation initiatives, via value streams. Track and deliver measurable cost savings.KPI: Achieve 30% contribution to TEBIT cost-saving goals.
Kaizen and Continuous Improvement
Lead and facilitate at least 5 Kaizen events annually. Drive financial savings through project implementation.KPI: Contribute 20% to cost-saving initiatives.
TEOA Culture and Training
Deliver training on TEOA tools, Kaizen, and digital factory processes to VS teams. Promote a strong operational excellence culture.KPI: Achieve 20% training closure rate.
Standardization and CIP Deployment
Standardize TEOA processes through KAIZEN projects and CIP system deployment. Develop and release standard work documentation.KPI: Contribute 20% to standardization goals.
Digital Factory Implementation
Coordinate the deployment of digital factory tools and ensure successful project completion.KPI: Achieve 20% closure rate for digital factory initiatives.
