What You'll Do: 

Perform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand process improvement opportunities Lead strategic, enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, utilizing business process management, lean, and six sigma methodologies Conduct end-to-end process analysis and future state redesign Develop Lean and Six Sigma curriculum that enables the implementation of Lean, Team & Six Sigma principles Management of labor standards for all stores Continuously expand knowledge of Lean tools and techniques

What We're Looking For: 

3+ years of experience in a business process improvement role Lean Certification preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, supply chain management of engineering preferred

Team Member Competencies: 

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: Starting pay at $58,000.00-$70,000/year + DOE and bonus Opportunities

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik/Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
