We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Director for a large industrial facility management account
Role Purpose
The Continuous Improvement Director is expected to add strong value through critical analysis of metrics and other data sources to identify areas of strategic opportunity in order to increase Operational Excellence and return on investment in all processes and programs managed by the account.
What this job involves:
· Focused on improvements in processes and procedures across all operational areas – Facilities Management, Material Handling (including sortation and robotics) Maintenance program, Learning and Development, and Quality Assurance for newly installed equipment.
· Identify equipment improvements as well as equipment agreements that result in immediate monetary savings for account.
· Champion, develop and sustain a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) and relevant methodologies across the account.
· Identify and lead value stream mapping, re-engineering processes and process improvement projects that support strategic initiatives.
· Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
· Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures.
· Effectively communicate across the account to identify areas of opportunity and apply a methodology to cultivate efforts, capture relevant information and data, and prioritize resources with the goal of scaling solutions across the account and network to drive hard savings.
· Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results
· Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.

· Bachelors Degree
· 10+ years experience in a similar role
· Advanced skills in process improvement and problem-solving
· Advanced program and change management skills
· Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
· Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem solving skills
· Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and / or emotional issues
· Remote role with up to 50% travel
