Job Title: Process EngineerJob Description

The Process Engineer is a member of the operational management team focused on the performance of the manufacturing process with respect to safety, quality, volume, and cost. The Process Engineer is oriented toward continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation. The Process Engineer is expected to demonstrate shop floor leadership while enhancing the professional image of the operational management team through appropriate actions and communication. This position reports directly to the Plant Superintendent.

Hard SkillsBachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial EngineeringExperience with continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing3-5 years in a manufacturing environmentCAD and Maximo experienceWork Environment
