Continuous Improvement Intern

REPORTS TO:              HR SSC Director

Core Responsibilities:

Project assignment for at least 6 months to design and automate operational performance metrics (KPIs)Participates in sessions to analyze and document processes and identify potential opportunities to improve.Prepares reports, charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data.Assist HR SSC Operations Teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experiencePerform mathematical calculations to determine current and future states of the operation

Qualified candidates will have:

Currently pursuing a Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration interested in Business ProcessesBasic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools and methodologiesHigh degree of proficiency MS Office Suite & Internet applicationsAdvanced Excel and other data analysis and reporting toolsExperience in process documentation and analysisAnalytical and research skills.Good communication and collaboration abilitiesEnglish conversational levelFamiliar with Artificial Intelligence is a plus

The Continuous Improvement Intern will be responsible for supporting HR Shared Services operation to identify areas to improve and implement projects to enhance day to day operation using existing data and operational tools and systems and applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to look for a great employee experience when interacting with HR.
