As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will participate in

Process Improvement initiatives (waste reduction, Cycle time reductions), strive for continual improvement and focus on the process, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

 

About the Intern Program

12-week program with start dates on: May 12 or 19 or June 240 hours per weekMust graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Accept accountability for achieving goals and planning strategiesDemonstrate initiative in self-directed learning resulting in the demonstration of key Lean conceptsMental and political flexibility to patiently overcome project obstacles in a professional and timely manner with the support of the CI Management teamPractice Time Management skills to ensure on-time attendance and assignment completion while utilizing proactive communication skills to communicate any discrepancies to planSuccessfully lead assigned Kaizen Events or Lean Projects with the support of a CI Champion Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
