Proven ability to drive functional projects, risks, issues, and benefits

Preferred Skills:

Six Sigma Green Belt

Responsibilities:

Serve as a facilitator of continuous improvement implementation and employee involvement

Develop and drive the CI Roadmap

Analyze current work practices to identify areas for improvement

Devise and test solutions for business and manufacturing process improvements

Participate in Lean health checks

Perform workplace audits and streamline processes within area of responsibility

Ensure that process improvement initiatives are aligned to business requirements

Implement standard work, visual factory, and error proofing (poka yoke)

Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
