Continuous Improvement Leader (m/f/d)
In this demanding position, you will work with all departments and support the teams in analyzing root causes and developing new processes and improvements.
The main tasks and responsibilities include:
Brainstorming potential savings, optimizing processes throughout the company and defining CI (Continuous Improvement) projects together with those responsible for the department and in compliance with the Flowserve CI guidelines.Active support, collaboration and implementation of the defined CI projects including value stream mapping. Accompanying support of all projects until completion.Close collaboration and coordination with all departments in the company as well as supporting colleagues in the processing and implementation of projects.Work closely with Flowserve CI Management and be responsible for positive reporting to Flowserve CI Management as well as reporting to the local management team.Implementation or optimization of the necessary processes and tools in close collaboration with IT and the Flowserve CI department.Requirements profile:
Completed technical training (HTL / FH / UNI).Basic training in SIX Sigma required.Very good MS Office user knowledge (especially MS Excel).Experienced use of various IT systems/databases-SQL.Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.Predisposition to holistic and analytical thinking.Experience in team leadership and project management.Organizational talent and solution-oriented work style.Communication skills and flexibility.At Flowserve Villach, we maintain very respectful and friendly manners and place great value on a pleasant working environment.
