The Continuous Improvement Manager will:

Deliver business targets in cost savings and process improvements utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes and systems to identify areas for efficiency gains, cost reduction and quality enhancement.Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to integrate continuous improvement practices into daily operations.Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees on continuous improvement tools and techniques.Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements, using key performance indicators.Partner with Plant Controller to ensure cost savings are realized in the P&L reporting and generate clear, real and trackable cost downs to the business.Participate, support and lead global projects on cost savings, material substitution and best practice sharing.Drive rigorous Daily/Weekly/Monthly Management Lean Daily Management Systems to ensure we positively react to key KPI’s across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Improvement and People.With the Plant Manager, develop, maintain, communicate, and execute the vision/strategy for the site, focusing on driving continuous improvement that ensures the safety, quality, production capacity/capability and cost to support business goals. Develop and implement an annual process and cost improvement plan to support overall company objectives and prepare a pipeline of rolling activities.Lead innovation for current products and processes utilizing the latest industry best practicesWork with the Commercial and R&D functions in new product development, product launches and improvements ensuring these are launched using standard gate approval process.Implement and maintain sustainable change management practices and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and widespread adoption of continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications/ Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineeringMinimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvementPeople management experienceProject management experienceExperience within the paper making or filtration product industry an advantage but not essential.Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement projects.Excellent communication, presentation, and team facilitation skills.Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping software
