Job Description

We are searching for a Continuous Improvement Manager to assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for our organization. In this role, you will analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance. We need this person to have:

-Previous management experience

-Experience doing continuous Improvement in manufacturing environment

-Confidence in ability to organize and lead team of 5 Continuous Improvement Engineers

-Ability to Analyze company processes and procedures.

-Experience Developing process enhancement strategies.

-Willingness to Investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes, find solutions and implement.

-Ability to communicate thoroughly in business setting, and meetings as well as written and electronically.

Must Have

-Bachelors degree in business management, operations, administration, or engineering

-5+ years doing continuous improvement in manufacturing environment

-Previous management experience
