Overview Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving process optimization and operational efficiency within the organization. This role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, implementing effective solutions, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The Continuous Improvement Manager collaborates with various departments to analyze processes, recommend changes, and measure the impact of improvements on overall performance and productivity. Carries out deliverables to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization, the role acts as a business partner working on projects of various scope including process improvement, workflow, business transactional platforms, organizational design, and business resourcing. The role will collect, analyze, develop, document, communicate business requirements, and support user testing to achieve business goals. Working independently and with limited supervision, the role continually seek opportunities to increase -internal- client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage client expectations. Completes deliverables, identifies new tasks and carries them out independently. May develop and delivers training on assigned deliverables. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions based on best practices. May use tools such as Lean Business, Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. Applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and work experience How you'll make an impact Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement. Use methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to streamline operations and eliminate waste. Lead and manage cross-functional projects to improve workflow and reduce costs. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee improvement projects from start to finish. Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources as necessary. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve the intended outcomes. Data Analysis and Metrics: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to make data-driven decisions. Track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Provide regular reports on project status and improvements achieved. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges. Communicate process changes and improvement initiatives effectively. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and awareness programs. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that all improvement initiatives align with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits to verify compliance with new processes and improvements. Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards. About You Required: University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent.
