Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: https://stories.pepsicojobs.com/ As Continues Improvement Manager your role is to support productivity, supply chain, and Lean Six Sigma growth agenda by leading deep dive initiatives through data analytics,process reengineering to create improvement projects at Gulf & Levant Food (G&LF). Automate, simplify, and standardize scorecards and dashboards (Excel & Power BI). Investigate, coordinate, and implement new best practices and initiatives for managing the productivity & LSS program. Create an E2E productivity and LSS campaigns to uplift the culture and service levels across G&LF Responsibilities - Provide G&LF Productivity insights and reports across the business by leading data analytics-driven projects. - Lead/participate in the departmental and corporate projects related to the area of accountability to ensure the proper implementation of the project as per the project plan. - Issue monthly LSS review reports through gathering the relevant data from the system and stakeholders to present the performance across functions. - Participate in setting the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between the Operations Divisions and other stakeholders through the collaboration with stakeholders to maintain compliance. - Analyze trends and insights to improve performance in cost, quality, delivery, and capability throughidentification of opportunities across the buisness utilizing data analytics tools. - Monthly reporting of waste baseline with the cause of changes vs previous year, work closely with initiative owners and track the waste reduction initiatives to help the actions completed on time, conduct the communication roadmap for waste culture building within the BU, support the preparations to quarterly SteerCos. - Preparation of Monthly Productivity Council report in coordination with the major stakeholders, deploying and tracking meeting notes, report Opex spent status from run spent area-based analysis to identify opportunity areas, routinely search for best practices across the sector and global teams to keep the idea pipeline populated with potential replications. - Support the LSS and Productivity events through campaign ideation, LSS Training, culture, transformation, and Productivity council. - Lead LSS projects with a value of $200M to increase productivity to reach annual Targets. - Develop and co-ordinate capability building agenda for LSS. - Lead the GLF productivity governance through power steering ensuring project updates and close month activity are done within sector deadline. Qualifications Experience of front-line operations (3+ years minimum) with frontline management experience preferred. Business or engineering degreeSolid understanding and knowledge of Productivity & Lean Six Sigma (LSS) High Analytical skills with the ability to work with data, evaluate factors, and pilot outcomes Disruptive thinking skills (Innovate and identify new trends) & result oriented. Technical knowledge of field operations and KPls levers Good verbal and written communication skills & fluent English Able to travel as required (~ 5%)
