Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager role will lead and execute high-impact process improvement initiatives across Shamrock Foods Company, driving measurable performance improvements in alignment with the company's goals. This role reports to the Head of Business Process Improvement and focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and mentoring team members on process improvement methodologies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a pivotal member of the Business Process Improvement team, this role ensures Shamrock maintains its commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceeding customer expectations.

Essential Duties:

\n\nLead cross-functional teams through process improvement, design, reengineering, and transformation projects, ensuring on-time and successful completion\n Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address operational inefficiencies and business challenges\nTrain, mentor, and coach other team members in process improvement methodologies\nEstablish performance metrics and ensure consistent tracking of project impacts and outcomes\nPartner with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned with strategic objectives\nCommunicate project progress, risks, and success stories to stakeholders at all organizational levels\nMaintain strict compliance with Shamrock's policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations\nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared accountability for success\nResponsible for communicating business-related issues and opportunities to the next level of management\nResponsible for complying with company procedures and policies and all Local, State and Federal Laws and Regulations.\nPerforms other assigned tasks, as needed.\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)\nCertified Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of successful project delivery\n8+ years of experience leading large scale process improvement, design, reengineering and transformation projects\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical tools (e.g., Minitab).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nOperations, Supply Chain, and/or Finance and Accounting experience preferred\n\n
