Principales responsabilités:

Cette personne rejoindra l'équipe C.O.R.E, qui est un groupe d'entreprise soutenant notre client. C.O.R.E est le cadre d'amélioration continue et de qualité qui est mis en œuvre dans toutes les sociétés de RTX. Cette personne soutiendra toutes les opérations de fabrication, ce qui signifie qu'elle doit avoir un penchant pour les aspects techniques. 

Responsabilités:

L'équipe CORE met en œuvre les philosophies CORE, qui constituent un cadre pour la gestion de l'entreprise. Elle se concentre sur la fixation d'objectifs, la mise en œuvre de philosophies d'amélioration continue pour atteindre des objectifs commerciaux spécifiques. Chaque domaine a un point focal CORE, qui est une personne travaillant dans l'unité opérationnelle. L'équipe CORE travaille en partenariat avec cette personne pour améliorer l'unité opérationnelle. Elle facilitera l'organisation d'événements.Exemple : L'entreprise souhaite améliorer le temps de préparation des machines dans l'atelier de fabrication. Ils aimeraient réduire le temps de préparation sur la ligne de production, mais ils ne savent pas comment aborder la situation.Le spécialiste C.O.R.E. aidera à créer le bac à sable pour définir le problème et le mandat.Il leur fournira ensuite les outils qui les aideront à devenir autonomes.Il jouera le rôle de formateur/facilitateur car il est un expert en la matière.Des consultants/experts en outils et méthodologies pour améliorer l'unité focale. Les membres de l'unité focale sont assez nouveaux, c'est pourquoi cette personne apporte son soutien d'un point de vue consultatif.Chaque membre de l'équipe CORE soutient différentes parties de l'organisation (cette personne sera spécifiquement chargée de la fabrication). Par conséquent, elle travaillera avec des personnes qui sont directement responsables de la fabrication (ex : Usine 1, Singapour, Pologne).Le système d'exploitation (CORE) appartient à RTX. Tous les membres de la famille RTX utilisent le système d'exploitation. Environ 100 systèmes centraux dans toute l'entreprise. RTX a sa propre échelle de compétences (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc...).

Indispensable:

Bilinguisme - français et anglais (écrit et parlé)1 à 3 ans d'expérience - Peut être dans une petite ou moyenne entreprise, mais plus particulièrement dans le secteur de la fabrication. Il doit comprendre une partie de la terminologie utilisée.Connaissance des concepts d'amélioration continueBaccalauréat (ingénierie de préférence).

Job Description:

This individual will be joining the C.O.R.E team, which is an enterprise group supporting our client. C.O.R.E is the Continuous Improvement / Quality framework that is implemented across all RTX companies. This individual will be supporting all manufacturing operations which means they have to have an inclination for technicalities.

Responsibilities:

The CORE team enforces CORE philosophies which is a framework on how the business is run. Their focus is around goal setting, implementing continuous improvement philosophies to tackle specific business objectives.Every domain has a CORE focal which is a person working in the business unit. The CORE team partners with that focal person to improve the business unit. They will facilitate events.Example: They want to improve setup time of machinery on the manufacturing floor. They would like to reduce setup time on the flow line, but they do not know how to approach the situation.The C.O.R.E specialist will help create the sandbox to define the problem and the mandate.They will then help provide them with the tools to help them become self-sufficient.They will act as trainers/facilitators because they are subject matter experts.Consulting/experts of tools and methodologies to improve the focal unit. Focal members are quite new which is why this person is supporting from a consultative standpoint.Every member of the CORE team support various parts of the organization (This person will be specifically for manufacturing). As a result, they will be working with people who are directly responsible for manufacturing (Ex: Plant 1, Singapore, Poland).Operating system (CORE) is owned by RTX. Everyone in RTX family uses the operating system. Approximately 100 core focal across the company. RTX has its own proficient scale (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc…).

Must haves:

Bilingualism – French and English (Written & Spoken)1-3 years of experience – Could be in a small/medium company but manufacturing role specifically. They need to understand some of the terminology used.Cognizant of continuous improvement conceptsBachelor's Degree (Engineering Preferred).

Asset:

Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.Process mapping, value stream mapping.Instructors, someone who can facilitate trainings.
