Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Improvement:
Assist in analyzing current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.Support the design and implementation of process changes that enhance efficiency.Conduct workflow mapping and root cause analysis to support process optimization.Data Collection and Reporting:
Gather and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency.Prepare reports and visualizations to track improvements and project outcomes.Work with cross-functional teams to document process changes and monitor improvements over time.Lean and Six Sigma Initiatives:
Participate in Lean and Six Sigma activities such as kaizen events, 5S, and value stream mapping sessions.Assist in identifying and implementing best practices in alignment with Lean methodologies.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong experience and expertise in Excel.Solid understanding of data management principles and data architecture.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.Basic knowledge of process mapping and improvement techniques (e.g., root cause analysis, time studies).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively within a team environment.Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
