We are seeking a Contract Administration Specialist (Vendor Certification) to join our Atlas Contracts Management Office located in Denver, CO team! Come join us!
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Oversee the vendor certification process, ensuring all requests comply with regulatory, contractual, and company-specific standards, and acting as the primary point of contact for vendor certification inquiries, renewals, and compliance-related issues.
+ Contract Management: Provide support to the Atlas Contracts Management Office which is responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle management workflow, from initial review and negotiation to contract execution and closure. In collaboration with CMO staff, partners with the legal department, project managers, and senior leadership to make the contract management process more effective and efficient.
+ Review and Analysis: For standard contracts and agreements, ability to examine and analyze contract terms, conditions, and requirements to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, Authority Matrix and legal standards. Highlight potential risks and propose suitable mitigation strategies to CMO staff
+ With the support of the Contracts Manager, and in collaboration with Contracts Management Office staff organize, develop and execute training sessions with the business development and operations teams to address vendor certification, contractual requirements and ensure compliance.
+ Automation and support of Contracts Management office systems and tools to track the status and service levels of the vendor certification program, Atlas Contracts management software, etc.
+ Create, maintain and regularly update the Vendor Certification database with all required certifications, ensuring timely renewals and ongoing compliance.
+ Review and verify all vendor certification documentation and information, such as certifications, licenses, insurance, and other compliance materials, when necessary.
+ Communicate with Sales, Business Operations and other Atlas Corporate Departments to provide the required documentation and resolve any compliance concerns with clients.
+ Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, legal, risk management, finance, and business development, to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
+ Monitor and report on service performance, offering insights to key stakeholders regarding compliance status and potential risks.
+ Support audits and compliance reviews by supplying accurate records and reports as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field, or relevant experience in a similar role, or experience with contracts and Contracts administration.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
+ Ability to handle and protect confidential information with discretion.
+ Ability to ability work in a fast-paced work environment.
**Technical Requirements:**
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
+ Familiarity with electronic contract management software, such as HighQ software, and Deltek preferred.
**Other Miscellaneous Qualities:**
+ Occasional travel may be required.
**Compensation:**
$75,000 - $100,000 annually
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
