Job Title: Contract Compliance Specialist Location: 675 North Field Drive Lake Forest IL 60045 Job Type: 3+ Months Job Summary: + We are seeking a Contract Compliance Analyst to support our contract compliance tracking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing purchasing contracts, analysing customer sales data, and ensuring compliance with contract spending. This role will involve collaborating with finance and contract teams to estimate collections from compliance billings and making necessary pricing adjustments. **Key Responsibilities:** + Review and analyze purchasing contracts to ensure compliance. + Extract and interpret sales data to verify customer purchase commitments. + Identify and track customers who are out of compliance with contractual obligations. + Work with finance teams to estimate collections from compliance billings. + Assist in preparing billing letters for non-compliant customers. + Collaborate with the Contract & Pricing (C&P) team and finance to adjust contracts as needed. + Support District Managers and Strategic Pricing Managers with compliance data and business reviews. + Develop tools and metrics to assess individual customer profitability. + Assist Contract Management Representatives (CMRs) with CPI (Consumer Price Index) investigations. **Required Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal, or a related field. + Experience: Minimum of 1 year (preferred 3+ years) in contract compliance, purchasing, finance, or legal roles. **Top Skills & Requirements:** + Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large data sets. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. + Attention to detail with the ability to identify contract issues. + Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to cross-functional teams. + Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and shift focus between projects. + Experience in accounting, finance, or legal is preferred. + Ability to work independently with upper management to get contracts approved.
