ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Contract Administrator at Kibo, you will assist the General Counsel in managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance monitoring. You play a crucial role in ensuring that contractual terms align with Kibo’s objectives and legal standards while meticulously reviewing documents for clarity and potential risks. If you’re seeking a unique challenge with amazing growth potential, then come work with us!  WHAT YOU’LL DO Assist in drafting, reviewing, updating, and negotiating contracts to establish comprehensive terms and conditions in clear manner that align with Kibo’s goals and legal requirements Partake in the review and analysis of contracts in support of the business Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve differences and reach consensus on terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and metrics Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to identify, address, and amend any discrepancies, risks, or ambiguities Maintain accurate and organized record keeping of contracts and documents for auditing, reporting, and reference purposes Identify, assess, and determine risks associated with potential contracts in order to proactively implement strategies and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks
