Contract Administrator

Responsibilities:Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.Ensure contracts comply with legal and organizational standards.Monitor contract timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients.Maintain accurate records of contracts and associated documentation.Collaborate with legal, procurement, and other departments to address contract-related issues.Evaluate contract performance to ensure compliance and resolve any disputes.Prepare and issue contract amendments, extensions, or terminations as needed.Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding contract terms and obligations.Conduct risk assessments and identify potential contractual risks.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive contract details.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in contract administration or a related role required.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
