Contract Administrator
Description Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is in search of a Contract Administrator to join our Boise, Idaho-based team. The Contract Administrator will be tasked with overseeing the entire contract lifecycle for our US-based projects. This encompasses managing contractual changes, handling client disputes, and ensuring all contract amendments align with overall commitments. 100% employer paid medical, dental and vision - for employee and dependents Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts including the preparation and negotiation of nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements. • Review prime contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to develop appropriate prime flow-downs. • Manage contractual changes, disputes, and amendments ensuring they align with overall contractual commitments. • Prepare contract summaries highlighting key clauses and contractual risks to the project team. • Respond to variation claims, extension of time claims, notices of changes, and letters of concern. • Control all scope modifications and correspondences with subcontractors. • Identify, document, and mitigate risks associated with subcontracts, including financial, schedule, and performance risks. • Ensure timely submission of contract billings to clients and receipt of payments. • Support the review and process subcontractor’s payment applications, ensuring applicable lien waivers are provided in accordance with respective contract terms and company policies. • Efficiently manage the contract closeout process, including final deliveries, payments, and resolving outstanding issues such as payment issues and default.
