Ferguson is looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our Legal Team.

Location:

This position is approved for remote work across the United States.

Responsibilities:

Review, revise, draft, and negotiate major account agreements, consulting agreements, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements, terms and conditions, and requests for quote/proposal with customers and vendors.

Maintain a deep understanding of contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company risk tolerance.

Develop strong relationships with business leaders to facilitate excellence in contractual business relationship.

Prepare contracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Interpret contracts and advise management and sales groups on contractual responsibilities, including legal as well as commercial concerns and alternatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent work experience

Minimum of five years of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts in a commercial environment.

Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Experience in contract management solutions, implementations, and rollouts.

Experience using Contract Management solutions, iCertis experience a plus.

Experience implementing change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Experience in championing, coordinating and managing change management activities with key stakeholders.

Ability to operate changes on your own and as part of a group.

A strong ability to communicate concisely with a wide audience and the proven ability to engage, influence, and align key partners.

Demonstrated project management skills coupled with creativity and resourcefulness.

Experience working with legal technology solutions.

Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and time management, including the ability to balance multiple tasks and manage deadlines with accuracy.

Ability to work east coast hours (EST) as needed.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,799.70 - $7,791.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
