About the opportunity
The role of Contracts Administrator will see you as first point of contact for all internal and external comms into the Contract and Governance team. You will review, distribute, and record correspondence, utilising your knowledge of the business and access to your QBE network, to provide concise and timely information.
The Contract and Governance team are responsible for Contract Management, Quality Assurance, Risk management including controls testing, Audit and supporting the operations Privacy Obligations.
Key activities as a Contracts Administrator include:
Effectively manage incoming and outgoing communications
Assist with delivering contract obligations
Support with the generation and tracking of contractual invoicing
Building relationships with internal and external Stakeholders
Administrative support to the broader team
Your story so far
You have a solid administrative background with an eye for detail. You have worked with contracts, policy and legislation and can confidently use your initiative to seek out information from the correct source and navigate grey areas with certainty.
You will also have:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work in fast paced environment
A curious mind that wants to ‘know how its done’
