Description Robert Half is working with a client in Johnston, Iowa to add a Contract Administrator to their Loan Servicing team! As a Contract Administrator, you can expect to work collaboratively with the client's internal and external customers on receipt, review and activation of standard lease and loan transactions, exceeding customer expectations in accuracy and time processing. Job Duties: + Review financial transaction documentation to ensure alignment with company policies and legal enforceability. + Analyze and execute document packages and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, compliant solutions. + Ensure proper activation of transactions into the appropriate systems for booking, funding, tracking, and invoicing purposes. + Receive and handle inbound correspondence and inquiries from clients. + Solve first line inquiries regarding the receipt, booking, and potential correction of finance transactions. + Work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
