**This Opportunity**
WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Contract Administrator** working **at our client’s office in New York, NY** . Be involved in projects with our **Project Controls & Technology Team** and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. This will be a full time onsite role.
**Your Impact**
Job Duties:
+ Assist the Program Commercial Lead (PCL) /Program Controls Manager (PCM) in creating, implementing and executing Contract/Commercial Management plans and cost management plans to support contract requirements and the successful execution of project controls supporting project and WSP commercial interests.
+ Ensure compliance to Contractual requirements and fulfilment of all Contractual deliverables.
+ Assist in reviewing and preparing monthly Interim Payment Certificates and ensure timeous invoicing.
+ Actively participate in mitigating potential claims and variation orders and where they do arise, prepare detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis to be presented to the approving entity.
+ Assist the PCL/PCM to resolve issues and provide consistency between the estimating, planning/scheduling, cost control, and scope/change control functions and deliverables.
+ Interact with project controls, accounting, and scheduling staff from other agencies and firms.
+ Assist the PCL/PCM to develop or refine Project Financial Plans for submittal to funding agencies consistent with the project's needs and industry best practices.
+ Create, update and provide executive level summary reporting assessing contract compliance, disputes, risks, etc. including KPIs.
+ Assist in the development of project controls dashboards and reporting methods.
**Who You Are**
Minimum Qualifications:
+ BA/BS Business, Finance, or Accounting, Engineering,
+ Project Management experience, PMP preferred.
+ 7-10 years of experience in Contract Management, Construction Law, Financial Controls,
+ Transportation, Highway and Construction industry preferred
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
+ Confident self-starter with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
+ Attention to detail and organization while working in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience in the creation, negotiation, signing and upholding of construction contracts.
+ Ability to track and update agreements between contractors/suppliers.
+ Ability to monitor projects to ensure the other parties meet all agreed-upon terms and conditions.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and produce project deliverables.
+ Ability to build and sustain relationships with team members, contractors, and clients.
+ Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, Adobe Design and Publisher.

Expected Salary: $114,400-169,290
