We are seeking a Contract Administrator who is a detail-oriented and organized individual who is responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from negotiation, proposal creation, execution, and analysis to support organizational objectives. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Expectations include being proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Apply consistent methods to understand project intelligence, competitive positions, and proposal objectives.
Work in conjunction with Project Estimator, sales, and operations to ensure timeliness and accuracy when a proposal is created, pricing is completed, contracts are established and job set up begins.
Stay apprised of up-to-date information required to accurately and efficiently submit proposals and contracts.
Maintain and archive records of customer information and contracts.
Assist in the creation of best practices and procedures that will allow the company to utilize customer and contractual information without redundancy.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and at least one (1) year of related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard.
Good writing and verbal communicate skills in order to effectively correspond with customers concerning proposals and contracts.
