Job Description
As the Manager of Contracts Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. The position will work with various organizations such as sales/marketing, engineering/technology, operations, finance/accounting etc. to execute contracts and agreements with customers, partners, consultants and suppliers. This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership skills, legal and regulatory acumen, and strategic thinking to drive successful contract outcomes. The responsibilities require one who will be hands-on to handle all general contracts while using outside legal resources from time to time for specialized work. Experience in the telecommunications and wireless maritime industry is a big plus especially in the wireless carrier and leisure maritime areas.

Skills and Requirements
- Telecommunications and wireless maritime industry experience is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCCM, CPCM) are preferred. - Bachelors degree in law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Implementation of contract management systems
- Knowledgeable of Iron Clad or similar software
- Paralegal certification or equivalent required.
- Excellent at time management and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in contract management.
- Deep understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and contract drafting principles.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes and resolve conflicts. null
