Job Summary Job Summary: The Contract Administrator works under the direction of the Sr Purchasing Manager and assures accuracy and compliance of vendor service contracts within its Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Contract Management System (CMS). The Contract Administrator will collaborate and work collectively with Contract Analysts and Accounting, providing support, maintaining accurate records, auditing and ensuring smooth execution and management of vendor contracts. Key Responsibilities: Strong work ethic and ability to work as a member of a team. Demonstrate and reflect a commitment to the mission and values of the company. Demonstrates and promotes corporate culture, values and management philosophy. Collect, consolidate, and report operational metrics regarding vendor contracts. Maintains the accuracy of contract records in CMMS. Generates and maintains accurate contract Purchase Orders and Amendments Identify vendor record anomalies and non-compliance and initiate remedial activities as required. Keeps Sr. Purchasing manager informed of these activities. Secures necessary approvals and ensures standard processes and procedures regarding vendor contract execution and management are followed to support ISO 13485: 2016 Quality Management System compliance. Examines existing procedures to look for opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Procurement preferred + Minimum 2 years' experience with Procurement/ or contract Mangement + Minimum 1 year experience with ISO 13485:2016 Quality management system is preferred + Experience or working knowledge of Clinical Engineering terminology and/or healthcare terminology is REQUIRED + Strong customer service and communication skills + Competent computer skills including Excel, Word and Power Point + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Good organization and time management skills Apply to Crothall today!
